Lucidal Reviews

Lucidal ReviewsBefore purchasing Lucidal, I read several Lucidal reviews to get a really good idea whether or not Lucidal would work for me. It can be really difficult to get an unbiased view sometimes, so it took me awhile before I was confident that the reviews I was reading were really helpful. Fortunately, a colleague of mine also used Lucidal and he gave it the thumbs up, so I was pretty confident that it would be a great supplement to take.

My Lucidal Reviews

I’m going to write my own review of Lucidal, to let others know how well it has been working for me. I am sure this is one supplement I’ll be taking for the long haul! But first, let me tell you a bit about my situation. I’m a 37 year old mom of three kids, so I’m hardly ancient. And yet, I found myself forgetting things more and more often. This ranged from forgetting where my keys were (it got to the stage where I actually put a tracking device on my keys so I could find them! I kid you not ;) The only issue is that I can’t always remember where I put the tracking unit that lets me find them!)

Not only that, but all my life I’ve been a bit mentally “flighty” (I guess you’d call it ADD nowadays). I have always found it extremely difficult to focus on one task at a time without being distracted. I had heard that not only does Lucidal help with memory it ALSO helps you keep focus and mental clarity. This was definitely something I needed.

One thing that’s really important to me is that Lucidal is all natural. I don’t like taking prescription pharmaceuticals or even OTC drugs if I can help it, but I’m happy taking natural supplements and vitamins when they can help me. I’ll list the ingredients of Lucidal here (well, most of them, because there are quite a few in the proprietary formula).

Lucidal Ingredients

Lucidal contains a combination of: vitamin C, vitamin D3, vitamin E, Thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12, biotin, pantothenic acid, magnesium, zinc, selenium, chromium, potassium, a proprietary carotenoid mixture containing beta carotene, alpha carotene, lutein, zeaxanthin, cryptoxanthin, plus a proprietary lucidal formula containing creatine monohydrate, DMAE bitartrate, choline,  glucosamine, L-glutamine, L-pyroglutamic acid, inositol, alpha ketoglutaric acid, soy bean oil powder, taurine, trimethylglycine, ginkgo biloba, green tea extract, soy isoflavones, acetyl L-carnitine, alpha lipoic acid, PABA, coenzyme Q10, bilberry, grape seed extract, lycopene, resveratrol and more.

The main point I want to make in these Lucidal reviews is that this is a product that can do a lot to help your brain’s functioning. Now, different people do report different positive effects from Lucidal. I believe this is because we all experience different mental issues, and thus, when we take nutrients to help our brain’s function, they will work on whatever our own brain is lacking. For example, for me the biggest effects were the improvement in my memory, and a degree of better focus. I still tend to have lots going on in my mind at the same time, but I do find that I can focus for longer on individual tasks. Other users of Lucidal have reported feelings of tranquility, and others report less depression and even better hand/eye coordination.

I hope my Lucidal review gives you a bit of additional information about Lucidal that you didn’t know before. I honestly believe that if you do have any issues at all mentally, that Lucidal is a great supplement to try. After all, there is absolutely no harm in trying a new supplement to find out how much it really does benefit you! Read more Lucidal reviews to find out how well it really does work!
